Regency Square & Stony Point Fashion Park Name New Marketing Director

Noelynn Koo has been named marketing director for Regency Square and Stony Point Fashion Park.

She will be responsible for all marketing, public relations and special events at both centers, which are owned and managed by Bloomfield Hills, Mich.-based Taubman Centers (NYSE:TCO).

Koo has been marketing director at Chesterfield Towne Center since 1999. Before that, she spent seven years in promotions and marketing for Richmond radio stations, including WDZY Radio Disney AM 1290, B103.7 WMXB, 106.5 WBZU, and at WWBT Channel 12-TV.

An active community participant, Noelynn serves on the board of directors of Richmonds Ronald McDonald House Charities and volunteers weekly at the House. She has also volunteered in a variety of positions for St. Josephs Villa and Meals On Wheels.

She holds a bachelor of arts degree in communications from State University of New York at Cortland.

Stony Point Fashion Park is a 690,000 square foot, open-air shopping center located at Chippenham and Stony Point Parkways in Richmond, Va. An 80,000-square-foot Saks Fifth Avenue, the first in the market and only the second in Virginia; a 204,000-square-foot Dillards; and an 84,000-square-foot Dicks Sporting Goods on two levels anchors the centers dynamic mix of up to 90 specialty shops and six full-service restaurants. Shopping hours are 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday, noon to 6 p.m. Sunday.

Regency Square, located at Parham and Quioccasin roads off I-64 (South Exit 181A) in Richmond's West End, features 100 shops along with Hecht's, JCPenney, Sears and The Food Court. Shopping hours are 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday, noon to 6 p.m. Sunday.
