Use your Gift Card at participating merchants accepting the American Express Card at Taubman malls nationwide. A list of participating malls in included in your Gift Card holder.
The Regency Square and Stony Point Gift Cards are available in denominations from $20 to $300.
Record your Gift Card number in a safe place in case of loss or theft. your Gift Card can be replaced, free of charge, ONLY if you can provide us with your Gift Card number. If your Gift Card is lost or stolen, contact us immediately at 1-800-314-2363. Funds debited from lost or stolen cards prior to our receipt of your notification cannot be replaced.
The original balance should be indicated on the white box located on the back of the Gift Card. At any time, you can confirm the available balance at the Customer Service Center of the participating malls listed in your Gift Card packaging, or by visitng www.giftcard.taubman.com or call toll free within the United States at 1-800-314-2363.
Keep your purchase receipt and Gift Card in case you wish to make a return. Return policies vary by store. If the merchant issues a credit to the Gift Card, these funds may not be avilable for 3 to 7 business days.
The Gift Card has a "Valid Thru" date on the back of the Gift Card. The Gift Card is not valid after the last day of the month listed but the funds do not expire. If available funds remain on the Gift card after the "Valid Thru" date, call 1-800-314-2363 for instructions on how to redeem the available funds.
Regency Square - The ATM machines are located in The Food Park and near JCPenney on the lower level near the stairwell. Also, an ATM is located on the upper level near Applebee's at entrance #4.
Stony Point Fashion Park - Bank of America ATMs are located in the common area near Dick's Sporting Goods, Saks and Dillard's.
Regency Square - Yes, strollers are located at Regency's Customer Service Center on the upper level near entrance #4 by Applebee's. The rental fee is $2.
Stony Point Fashion Park - Yes, strollers are located at Stony Point's Customer Service Center in the middle of the Promenade District. The rental fee is $2.
Regency Square - Pay Phones are located at entrance #3 by Victoria's Secret on the lower level, The Food Park, entrance #4 by Applebee's on the upper level, entrance #6 by Schwarzschild Jewelers on the upper level.
Stony Point Fashion Park - Pay phones are located within monuments in the common area of the center.
Regency Square - Yes. Wheelchairs are available for no charge at Regency's Customer Service Center on the upper level near the clock.
Stony Point Fashion Park - Yes. Wheelchairs are available for no charge at Stony Point's Customer Service Center in the middle of the Promenade District.
Regency Square - Please report any lost or found item to a Regency's Customer Service Center or to a security officer. Lost and Found items are held in the security office.

Regency Square - The restrooms are located in The Food Park on the lower level and in The Family Lounge on the upper level near Applebee's.
Stony Point Fashion Park - Restrooms, including Family Restrooms, are accessible from the Park District next to Limited Too and from the Promenade District next to J. Jill.
Regency Square - The elevator is located near The Food Park beside the stairs. Elevators are also located in Hecht's, JCPenney, and Sears.
Stony Point Fashion Park - Since Stony Point is a single level center, there are no elevators in the common area.
Yes. You may purchase a Gift Card online from any participating Taubman center website. At this time, we are unable to ship Taubman Gift Cards to the states of CT, HI, NH, RI & VT. Based upon legislation in these five states, it is cost prohibitive for American Express to sell our Gift Cards.
